Terms governing your use of EduVersed Stream

Welcome to EduVersed Stream, an online learning platform operated by EduVersed Educational Services.These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EduVersed Stream website, learning platform, courses, digital educational materials, and related services.By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using any service provided through EduVersed Stream, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
About EduVersed Stream
EduVersed Stream is a digital learning platform operated by EduVersed Educational Services.
The platform provides access to digital educational services, which may include:
- Primary school courses;
- Secondary school courses;
- Cambridge courses;
- IT and computer-skills courses;
- Business and entrepreneurship courses;
- Personal development courses;
- Teacher-development courses;
- Video lessons;
- Written learning materials;
- Quizzes and assessments;
- Practice activities; and
- Other educational resources and services made available through the platform.
The courses and services available on EduVersed Stream may change from time to time.
Eligibility and Use of the Platform
You may use EduVersed Stream only where you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement of this nature.
Where a learner is a minor, the learner’s parent, guardian, school, or other authorised adult may be responsible for establishing or managing the learner’s account and agreeing to these Terms on the learner’s behalf where appropriate.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a course.
Creating an Account
Certain EduVersed Stream services require you to create an account.
When creating an account, you may be required to provide information such as:
- Full name;
- Email address;
- Telephone/mobile number;
- Username; and
- Password.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account is accurate and up to date.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
Account Security
You must take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials.
You should not:
- Share your password with another person;
- Allow another person to use your account without authorisation;
- Attempt to obtain another user’s login credentials;
- Circumvent account-security measures; or
- Use another person’s account without permission.
If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should notify EduVersed Stream Customer Support promptly
Browsing and Purchasing Courses
Course information, including descriptions, curriculum, pricing, duration, included materials, and other relevant information, will generally be displayed on the applicable course page.
You should review this information before completing a purchase.
By submitting an order, you are requesting access to the course or service identified in your order.
Course Prices and Payments
Prices displayed on EduVersed Stream are stated in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.
EduVersed Stream may provide payment options including:
- Visa;
- Mastercard; and
- Mobile Money,
subject to availability and the payment channels supported at the time of purchase.
A purchase is considered successfully completed when the applicable payment provider confirms the transaction and the order is successfully processed.
Payment Card Information
EduVersed Stream does not intentionally store customers’ full payment-card numbers or sensitive card authentication information on its platform.
Payment-card transactions are processed through authorised payment-processing infrastructure.
You must not send your complete card number, PIN, CVV/security code, online-banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials to EduVersed Stream through email, social media, telephone messages, or other ordinary communication channels.
Course Delivery and Access
EduVersed Stream provides courses primarily as digital educational services.
Following successful payment confirmation, the purchased course will normally be made available through the learner’s EduVersed Stream account.
Under normal circumstances, course access should be available immediately or within a few minutes following successful payment confirmation.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by payment-processing delays, technical issues, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Course Access Period
Where a course has a specified access period, the learner’s access will be subject to the period stated on the relevant course page or at the time of purchase.
Where no specific access period is stated, EduVersed Stream will generally make the course available for as long as the course remains offered and the learner remains entitled to access it, subject to these Terms.
EduVersed Stream reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course content, structure, presentation, or platform features.
Educational Nature of the Services
EduVersed Stream provides educational content and learning resources intended to support learning and development.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of an EduVersed Stream course does not guarantee:
- A particular examination result;
- Admission to an educational institution;
- Employment;
- Promotion;
- Professional certification; or
- Any particular academic or professional outcome.
Learner outcomes depend on various factors, including individual effort, participation, prior knowledge, assessment requirements, and circumstances outside EduVersed Stream’s control.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in EduVersed Stream’s original platform content, course materials, videos, text, graphics, branding, logos, documents, assessments, designs, and other materials remain the property of EduVersed Educational Services or the applicable rights holder unless otherwise stated.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing or enrolling in a course does not transfer ownership of the course materials to the learner.
Permitted Use of Course Materials
A learner who has legitimately purchased or been granted access to a course may use the course materials for their own personal educational purposes, subject to the applicable course terms.
Unless expressly authorised by EduVersed Educational Services, you must not:
- Reproduce substantial portions of course materials;
- Sell or commercially redistribute course materials;
- Upload course materials to another website or platform;
- Share paid course access with other persons;
- Record or redistribute paid video lessons;
- Remove copyright or ownership notices;
- Republish course materials as your own;
- Use course materials to create a competing commercial service; or
Otherwise exploit EduVersed Stream content without permission.
Account and Course Sharing
Course access is generally intended for the learner associated with the relevant account.
You must not share your account or paid course access with other people where such sharing is not expressly permitted.
EduVersed Stream may take reasonable measures to investigate and prevent unauthorised account or course sharing.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use EduVersed Stream lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use the platform to:
- Commit or facilitate unlawful activities;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- Interfere with the operation of the platform;
- Circumvent technical restrictions;
- Abuse payment systems;
- Submit fraudulent transactions;
- Impersonate another person;
- Harass or threaten other users;
- Upload unlawful or harmful material; or
- Use EduVersed Stream in a manner that could damage the platform or its users.
Assessments and Learning Activities
Where courses include quizzes, assessments, assignments, or other learning activities, learners are expected to complete them honestly and in accordance with the instructions provided.
Where certificates or completion records are offered, EduVersed Stream may establish minimum requirements for obtaining them.
Course Reviews, Feedback and User Content
Where EduVersed Stream allows users to submit reviews, comments, feedback, questions, or other content, you agree that your submissions must be lawful, accurate, respectful, and not infringe another person’s rights.
You must not submit content that:
- Is unlawful;
- Is defamatory;
- Is abusive or threatening;
- Infringes intellectual-property rights;
- Contains malicious software;
- Contains another person’s private information without appropriate authorisation; or
- Is otherwise inappropriate for the platform.
EduVersed Stream may remove content that violates these Terms or otherwise compromises the platform or its users.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the EduVersed Stream Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because EduVersed Stream provides digital educational services, access to course content may affect eligibility for a refund.
Where a refund is approved, course access associated with the refunded purchase may be withdrawn.
Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a course.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you experience a payment problem, duplicate charge, or course-access problem, we encourage you to contact EduVersed Stream Customer Support before initiating a chargeback where possible.
EduVersed Stream will cooperate with the applicable payment service provider in investigating legitimate payment disputes.
We may provide relevant transaction, order, enrolment, and course-access information where reasonably necessary to investigate a dispute.
Our payment arrangements may also be subject to applicable payment-scheme rules and the terms of our payment-service agreement. The Merchant Service Agreement requires EduVersed to cooperate with applicable chargeback and fraud processes.
Fraudulent Transactions
You must not use a payment card, Mobile Money account, bank account, or other payment method without authorisation.
EduVersed Stream may suspend or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
- Fraud;
- Unauthorised payment;
- Payment abuse;
- Identity misuse; or
- Other unlawful activity.
We may cooperate with payment service providers, financial institutions, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.
The Merchant Service Agreement also requires EduVersed to maintain appropriate fraud-protection measures and to notify Broadpay of relevant security breaches or suspected fraudulent activity.
Platform Availability
We aim to keep EduVersed Stream available and functioning reliably.
However, we do not guarantee that the platform will:
- Always be available;
- Be completely free of errors;
- Be uninterrupted;
- Be compatible with every device or browser; or
- Always be free from technical problems.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Updates;
- Security measures;
- Technical failures;
- Internet or hosting problems;
- Payment-service interruptions; or
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Third-Party Services
EduVersed Stream may use third-party services to support the platform, including payment-processing, hosting, technology, analytics, communication, and other services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
EduVersed Stream is not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Links to Third-Party Websites
EduVersed Stream may provide links to external websites or resources.
Such links are provided for convenience or informational purposes.
We do not necessarily endorse or control the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
Privacy
Your use of EduVersed Stream is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle personal information.
Please review the Privacy Policy before using the platform.
Security
You agree not to attempt to compromise or bypass the security of EduVersed Stream or any connected system.
You must immediately notify us if you become aware of:
- Unauthorised account access;
- A security vulnerability;
- Suspicious activity involving your account;
- Unauthorised use of our services; or
- Other events that could compromise the security of the platform.
Our Merchant Service Agreement requires immediate notification to Broadpay of unauthorised third-party use of the services and certain events affecting the merchant’s ability to perform its obligations.
Suspension or Termination of Accounts
EduVersed Stream may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where:
- These Terms are materially breached;
- Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected;
- Course access is being unlawfully shared;
- The platform is being abused;
- Payment-related abuse occurs;
- The account creates a security risk; or
- Suspension is necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or payment-provider requirements.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action.
Effect of Termination
If an account is terminated because of a serious or material violation of these Terms, access to purchased courses may be restricted or terminated where permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the violation.
Termination does not automatically remove any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, confidentiality, liability, disputes, and other provisions that are intended to survive termination will continue to apply where appropriate.
Changes to Courses and Services
EduVersed Stream may from time to time:
- Add new courses;
- Remove courses;
- Update course content;
- Modify course structure;
- Introduce new features;
- Discontinue features; or
- Modify aspects of the platform.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that material changes affecting an existing purchased service are handled appropriately.
Changes to These Terms
EduVersed Stream may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes may be made to reflect:
- Changes to our services;
- Changes to our technology;
- Changes to payment arrangements;
- Changes in legal or regulatory requirements; or
- Improvements to our policies and procedures.
The latest version will be published on the EduVersed Stream website with a revised Last Updated date.
Your continued use of the platform after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EduVersed Stream provides its platform and digital educational services on the basis described in these Terms.
We do not guarantee that use of our courses will produce a particular academic, professional, financial, or other result.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EduVersed Educational Services will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Internet or telecommunications failures;
- Third-party service interruptions;
- Payment-provider failures;
- Unauthorised access resulting from a customer’s failure to protect account credentials;
- Device or software incompatibility;
- Events beyond our reasonable control; or
- A learner’s failure to follow platform or course instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of EduVersed Stream, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This does not apply to the extent that such loss or claim results from EduVersed Educational Services’ own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Zambia, subject to any mandatory rights or requirements applicable to the customer.
We encourage customers to contact EduVersed Stream Customer Support first so that concerns can be addressed informally and promptly.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through communication between the parties, the matter may be referred to the appropriate legal or judicial process.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permissible.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into them, form the principal terms governing your use of EduVersed Stream.
These include:
- Privacy Policy
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Delivery Policy
- Any specific terms displayed on an applicable course or purchase page.
Where specific terms apply to a particular course or service, those terms should be read together with these Terms.
